If you need someone to listen, we've got an open chair.
I have had the privilege of working with people from many different backgrounds and walks of life, supporting them through a wide range of challenges and transitions. Whether you are navigating trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck in a difficult season of life, I enjoy helping people find a path forward and make meaningful changes.
Life can be hard, and you do not have to navigate it alone. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and expertise as we work together to better understand what you are experiencing and identify practical steps toward the life you want. Sometimes our goals can feel overwhelming or out of reach, so I believe in breaking them down into smaller, more manageable and actionable steps that we can tackle together.
I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that you are more than any one challenge or circumstance, and incorporating evidence-based health factors into treatment. I want to understand the root of the issue, understand the whole person you are today, as well as the person you hope to become. My goal is to help you build a stronger sense of identity, confidence, competence, and resilience so that you feel better equipped to navigate life's challenges. I specialize in substance use, trauma, resiliency, motivational interviewing, long-term mental health, anxiety, stress management, and depression. I also have a particular interest in working with first responders, fellow veterans, and high achievers.
Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps to take, and I want to make that process as comfortable and straightforward as possible. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness—it is a meaningful step toward taking care of yourself and creating positive change. You do not have to have everything figured out before you reach out. Wherever you are in your journey, I am here to meet you there and help you move forward, one step at a time. If you have any questions about this or would like to reach out, I would be happy to answer any questions and meet you!
