Maegan Parker, MA LPC

Seeking out counseling can feel like a big step—and it is. I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they pursue lasting change and growth. I recognize that beginning therapy can bring a mix of emotions—uncertainty, hope, and even fear—and I strive to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable showing up just as you are.

My experience is working with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout, difficult life transitions, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll develop tools for moving forward while gaining insight into patterns that may be holding you back.

My approach to counseling is centered on holistic care, recognizing the strong connection between the mind and body. When helpful, we may explore lifestyle factors such as movement, nutrition, sleep, and daily routines to support overall balance. I also draw from evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs, focusing on shifting unhelpful patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, improving communication, building awareness of past experiences that influence present challenges, and building a stronger connection to what matters most to them. For clients who find strength in their faith, I offer faith-integrated approaches.

I desire to foster a warm, compassionate space where you can show up authentically, feel supported, and also be gently challenged as you work toward your goals. With the right support and your own commitment to growth, meaningful change is possible.

If you have questions or feel we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
