Christine Spiller, Counseling Intern

Life’s challenges and transitions can feel isolating, but you don’t have to face them alone. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools for growth.

As a counseling intern and mother of two young children, I have a deep appreciation for the many transitions and challenges that come with parenthood. I am passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the many changes that come with motherhood. I also enjoy working with children and their families. These seasons of life can bring significant change and challenges, and I value creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood as they navigate emotional and developmental growth.

I believe children deserve to be understood within the context of their development. I enjoy partnering with parents to strengthen relationships and support children in building emotional awareness and coping skills. With a background in music and performance, I bring creativity, playfulness, and humor into sessions and may incorporate music, play, and other expressive activities when appropriate.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized to each client’s needs. I utilize a person-centered and strengths-based foundation while incorporating evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
