Hi, I’m Christa!
I am a Parent and Child Coach who specializes in supporting families of neurodivergent children ages 4–14. With over ten years of experience as a classroom teacher and Behavioral Specialist, I have spent my career working closely with students, parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to thoughtfully bridge the gap between home, school, and support services.
Throughout my work, I have partnered alongside families to develop practical, strengths-based strategies that support emotional regulation, positive behavior, executive functioning, and academic growth. I am deeply committed to helping parents better understand their child’s unique needs while fostering collaborative, respectful relationships with teachers, therapists, and school teams so children receive consistent, meaningful support across environments.
In addition to my professional background, I bring personal experience as a parent of a neurodivergent child. Since my daughter was three years old, I have worked closely with occupational therapists, behavioral therapists, counselors, pediatricians, and educators while navigating complex and overlapping diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1), ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, anxiety disorders, and ODD. Through ongoing advocacy and collaboration, my daughter received an accurate diagnosis at age nine—an important turning point that led to significant growth, confidence, and long-term success.
This blend of professional expertise and lived experience allows me to support families with both knowledge and compassion. I understand the emotional weight that often accompanies parenting a neurodivergent child, as well as the practical challenges of navigating evaluations, school systems, and treatment pathways. My approach focuses on empowering parents with clear guidance, effective tools, and renewed confidence so they feel prepared to advocate for their child and support their development with clarity and calm.
My mission is to walk alongside parents as a trusted partner, offering encouragement, insight, and practical support as they navigate their child’s unique journey.
